Chairman of the Board Mike Gonzalez began the company in 2005. A resident of N Fort Myers for over 30
yrs, married with 2 children. Over the 8yrs he has been servicing customers, Mike has come to understand that the quality
of his service is what customers are looking for. It is what helps his company to expand into areas of service that were not
available before. " Our business is 80% referrals and I'm very proud of that!" .
Rob Petito
PRINCIPAL
Rob has been involved in the HVAC Industry for over 25 years and
is a Certified Rheem Technician. Having completed Nordynes certification course in IQ Technology, Rob is one of the
few technicians qualified and well trained when it comes to the very highly efficient 23 seer systems now appearing on the
market for consumers. Among his many credits is the fact that he also has recieved traing and is certified to deal with the
new R410A refrigerant currently replacing the old R22 freon. Currently a resident of Cape Coral,Fl., Rob enjoys fishing, jet
skiing, diving and spending time with his children.
